Here’s some important info before you come to your appointment. Please be sure to read everything on this page thoroughly if this is your first time booking with us.

Thank you for scheduling with SKIN INVIDIA. Please show up promptly at your appointed time. (Please refer to cancellation policy) Please be sure you have removed your make up, including mascara. There will be and additional charge for mascara removal for any lash service.

If you are experiencing any sort of illness or symptom we ask that you reschedule. If you are vaccinated no need to wear a mask into the facility.

We are now located at 13126 Pennsylvania Ave., Suite 1, Hagerstown, MD 21742. Please go to the right side of the red brick building closest to safelite and drive down to where you see the black awning on your left and park in one of the provided spaces across from the entry. Taylor is now in the main Skin Invidia studio, so please enter the door under the black awning.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be billed to you: Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 48 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. Thank you and see you soon!
